Last night on Jonathan Ross, Ringo Starr was his third and final guest. (Yay! Wootwootwoot!)
He made this very funny remark about whether or not he still talked to the other live Beatle:

,Paul phoned me at my last birthday. And he said, "Guess where I am? I'm at the John Lennon Airport!" Yeah, we still get along fine.'

As fickle as the Dutch weather, at this very moment I can say/admit that my love for M. has withered. My heart's been shattered on a marble floor. And it aches. Because he and his girlfriend bought a new washing machine and to me that's far more serious than an expensive piece of fine jewelry. 8'/

It's was silly of me to ever think of having a man like him. His kind's too perfect for me. I don't think I could be happy at the side of someone that lovely, intelligent and humourous alike.

Fuck fuck fuck.

Oh, and I've this infection in my wrists, which makes it all stiff and painful (and itchy!) so I'm on 600mg x 3 a day. Cheap score, man. 8)

Well, I've been either too busy or too exhausted for a daily LJ update. That's my excuse, what's yours? 8)

I've (had) so much homework, but I don't really mind, 'cos it's mainly about making scale models and sketching window-displays. Hurrah! The model's going nowhere, though, because it's for M.'s subject... I just get all glum and 'emo' whenever I'm in his class (twice a week.) Plus listening to Death Cab For Cutie's 'Translanticism' isn't lifting my spirits any higher.
He's just...he's...what I want. He doesn't know it yet - unlike the rest of the world - but he will. Someday.

At least it's legitimate, 'cos I no longer am of school-age, sooo.... aheh heh.

Yawn. Am going to bed early tonight. Ooh, Moulin Rouge! is on!! Spectacular, spectacular...

I finally discovered the glory of Belle & Sebastian... Their 'Dear Catastrophe Waitress' album in particular. God, they're good. I've already dubbed 'Piazza, New York Catcher' as my favourite, because it's so witty and melancholic. Mmm.

Anyway, my infatuation with M. is still going strong aaaaaand you never know who I bumped into at the station this afternoon: Ronald from Rimini!! Heehee, he gave me this sly (and quite charming) smile and 'The Beck of Recognition'. I couldn't wipe off the stupid grin I was doomed to wear the rest of the afternoon. But holy fuck, the Italian sun indeed makes you look that more sexier than you really are...

Got this from _lethe_, who got it from...etc.

1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 19, find line 4. Write down what it says:
"Daily American," he asked.

2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
My pink flash ashtray.

3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Er...shit, this goes waaaay back. Will & Grace, perhaps?

4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what the time is:
21.30

5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?
22.09

6: With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
Cars speeding passed.

7: When were you last outside? What were you doing?
This afternoon when I was riding my bike home.

8: Before you came to this website, what did you look at?
I was doing a search on Wikipedia.org

9: What are you wearing?
A black tee with a grungy white print and ¾ sleeves + very synthetic trousers...

10: Did you dream last night? What about?
Well, I did have a disturbing dream on the trainride to school this morning. Involved some baby eating mothers with a big taste for girls...(??!)

11: When did you last laugh?
This afternoon when I saw someone that reminded me of certain things.

12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?
A HP poster, a Dalí poster, a Michaelangelo lamp, a portrait of The Beatles and a watercolour piece of Venice.

13: Seen anything weird lately?
A monkey!

14: What do you think of this quiz?
It's good clean fun, kids.

15: What is the last film you saw? In theatres?
King Arthur, it's got Lancelot in leather slacks! LEATHER SLACKS!!!!

16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?
A watertower to live in (it's my latest obsession.)

17: Tell me something about you that I don't know:
I hate koala's.

18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
Make love rule.

19: Do you like to dance?
Uhu!

20: George Bush:
A monkey!

21: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
ARGH! *knocks on wood* Scary thought there.

21: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?
Tracy-Estel Cipriano Xavier Milo + two other international names. (NOT kidding!!)

22: Would you ever consider living abroad?
Hell yes.

23.
But it's not as if he's reeeally my teacher!!

Now I've been trying to convince myself of the above for two days. It won't sink in. 8/
Yup, I'm in luuurv. With M., 20 years old, teacher...Meeeh! Oh, plus he's got a girlfriend, but I - shouldn't finish this sentence...
It's so unfair! I've never met anyone so captivating, enthralling - perfect! I can't tell whether he's gorgeous or hot, sexy or cute. He's everything, I suppose, everything that I can't have. Yet.

He really is the odd one out, 'cos I've always had this thing for teachers but I always figured it was only...lust. *blush* But with M. I feel as if there'd always been the click, you know? Even before we met and I know that sounds awfully soppy but it's true.

Gurgl. My brain hurts.

I went to see King Arthur last night. I thought it was quite good, if you choose to go and see it unbiased. Actually, to me Clive Owen was the only disappointment... I dunno, he just seemed to have the lesser lines (you know, the ones that are supposed to clarify things for the audience but which come out totally ridiculous.)
Lancelot was hot. Hot hot hot. And he was wearing leather and was so slashable with Arthur!! Oh, and I think he wasn't all too keen on horseriding; he seemed mortified at times. 8)

By the way, I went to see it with Chris (mjornirr). He's my bestest friend and for the first time in our three-year-ship we're separated, since he's still in high-school in Groningen and I've gone to Zwolle. Zwolle.
We'd missed each other and so we had pizza, a drink and a flick. But that was only because I'd been awfully introverted that morning and hadn't bother to chat with other people, who were in the same unfamiliar situation as I was, mind you. So when I finally 'overcame my troubles', I started talking to some of the boys of my new class. There was this hilarious stonerboy, Marek, and Tim, who I'd already met at the entrance examinations. Oh, and there was Kevin, who'd broken something in his left hand down the pub last Saturday ('...but since I kept drinking on and on I didn't feel anything 'til the next morning.')

Going back home was proper fucked, because I had to carry a big box full of painting materials and tools in the train.
Am awfully hungover. Got completely drunk on whiskey last night. Got chat up by this blonde who wanted to shoot some pool with me. He had a funny accent - appears he was Russian. His dark-haired Russian friend joined us later on. Ramon was all excited and proud of me, 'cos there he was: getting free drinks and smokes while sitting at a table with two Russian blokes. He couldn't thank me enough.
Appears the blonde, Igor, was 'une artiste' (a painter!) and he gave me his card (which I lost). The brunette, Alexander - but mostly referred to as Sasha (?!) - was a musician. I'm good. xD
We never got to play some pool. We just talked a bit. And kissed a bit. Teehee. I never just kiss on a whim, you know? Shows how really pissed I was...
So I'm in bed, 4.30am, and all of a sudden my cellphone's making purring noises. Igor. Turns out Ramon gave him my number... he's dead.

Does anyone know how to get your original characters on your keyboard back? 'Cos mine are scattered all over the damn thing. *grr*

Anyway, I got a ripped edition of The Wall from a friend of the family. I remember I used to be petrified of the animated sequences when I was seven. You know, with the hammers and spooky kiddy choirs... brr! Will watch it next week, hoping it won't bring back childhood trauma's...

David Bowie had a prima don appearance in last night's dream. He was adjusting his shades as he settled himself in his Porsche, while I accused him of having thrown away my paintings (which really is ironic, considering I don't really paint.) He shrugged, fastened his seatbelt and I kept foaming at the curator who said I needn't worry, because he'd buy me some new...

WTF??!

Oh well. This is what I spent my money on the last two days:

Ah, the sky is full of <s>stars</s> pretty twinklers at the moment. I always get sentimental when my mind is turned skywards and the wind is pulling my sleeve, Daring me to take a walk in my pj's. I took Truth and told him my biggest secret.

Leid spent the day at my place. She had quite a row with her parents this morning and so we were having coffee at 10.30. Normally, I like to sleep throughout Sunday mornings so I was slightly put off by That Whole Sunday Atmosphere that was bugging my karma. But hey, once I got settled - with yet another cup of caffeine goodness - I actually enjoyed it.

We started this absurd drawing and I scanned only the funny half; we did it on a 70h x 50w surface. The black smudges are from the butterflyian globe half. Don't ask.

Leid did the right half of the scan and her crackhead bunny was killing me. xD

Lately, I've been feeling a bit frustrated. About friends, routines, books I didn't get to read. And unfortunately about 'art' as well. Don't know what it is. I can get all excited about a good piece of HP fanart but the real deal is leaving me quite indifferent. But perhaps that's because most of the work I get to see is getting too familiar to the mind and eye, you know? This referring to the graduation pieces that are all over town at the moment. They're all the fucking same and I don't like it.
On the bright side, though, I'm growing a fast interest in interior decoration. Yeah. After all, design is what I live for. I'm even getting books and catologs (bastard word) to get off on gracious jugendstil chairs and ugly expensive lamps.

Hrm, enough with the moping. I saw GoodFellas tonight. Robert DeNiro was 'mmm' and Micheal Imperioli as Spider - d'aww... He got killed, though, for no good reason, really. Anyway, the film's not that gripping as I hoped it'd be. I'd give it a raw 'Satisfying' but nothing more. I'm in for Friday - Godfather-night. Yay!

For the past two days I've just been the happiest. I got the first series of The Sopranos on DVD and no-one's heard of me since. Oh, and I'm in love with these 'fellas' now:

Silvio
For being the coolest, slickest and funniest. Plus he's got The Suits.
Tony:'Cheer me up, Sil.'
Silvio: *gets up/leaps from his seat to do his Al Pacino imitation* 'Just when I thought I was out... they pull me back in!!'

Chris
Because of the 'Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti' ep. Him buying the newspapers and all.
Chris: 'Me? Not this skinny guinea.'

Paulie
Because he really is nuts. His part in the hit on stupid Mikey Palmice did it for me:
Paulie: 'Jesus, now I've got poison ivy all over me!'
Chris: (to Mikey) 'You fucking shot Brendan Filone in the tub when he was unarmed.'
Mikey: 'It was Junior, I swear, he wanted him dead.'
Paulie: 'Oh christ, now it's itching!' *shoots Mikey at least three times*

Heh heh.

Oh, and I got my first two books for college sent home today. 'Introduction to Marketing' and some guide to German. Blegh. I forgot I'll also be getting Dutch, English and German next year. 'Just when I thought I was out...'

After a long day of hard work, which resulted in a killing back, I couldn't wait to go to sleep. So when I'm finally pleasantly 'comatised', all of a sudden my father towers over me in the dark dark night and turns on the light. I'm like, 'Please, oh fuck, please - turn it off!' and so he does, but then he holds something up and says 'It's for you'.
Turns out it was 3FM phoning me about my Rock Request ('Black Betty', Ram Jam). The DJ sirrah said I'd just missed it, because my father was taking so long to get his snoring arse to mine. But then he said, 'You know what, I'm going to play it again, just for you, next Wednesday night, same time, okay?'

3.15am, but still: d'aww... PLUS I didn't make a complete arse of myself, being on-air and all. 8)
